SAMK-ID käyttösitoumus

In order to get a user ID, the user agrees to follow the rules and guidelines on information systems of the Satakunta University of Applied Sciences (SAMK), good manners and Finnish legislation. Infringement of these terms will be treated in accordance with the Policy of Sanctions for IT offences. It is also required that the user is familiar with SAMK’s security guidelines, which can be found here.

Käyttöoikeuden saadakseen käyttäjä sitoutuu noudattamaan Satakunnan ammattikorkeakoulun (SAMK) tietojärjestelmistä annettuja sääntöjä ja ohjeita, hyviä tapoja sekä suomen lakia. Näistä poikkeava käsitellään tietotekniikkarikkomusten seuraamuskäytännön mukaisesti. Lisäksi edellytetään, että käyttäjä tutustuu SAMKin tietoturvaohjeistukseen SAMKin yleisillä WWW-sivuilla, löytyy täältä.

The user will be granted accounts to specific information systems based on the user’s role. The user’s role can be e.g. student, teacher, or administrative person. In some special cases, access to these systems can also be granted to a person who is unaffiliated with SAMK.

Käyttäjälle myönnetään rooliin perustuva käyttöoikeus nimettyihin tietojärjestelmiin. Käyttäjän rooli voi olla esim. opiskelija, opettaja, hallintohenkilö. Käyttöoikeus voidaan erityisestä syystä myöntää myös SAMK:in ulkopuoliselle henkilölle.

The user may not share his/her access to these systems with any third party. If there is any reason to suspect that the password or other identifier has been compromised, the password must be immediately changed or the use of the identifier must be disabled. The password must also be changed regularly and it must be difficult to guess.

Käyttöoikeutta ei saa luovuttaa edelleen. Jos on syytä epäillä salasanan tai muun tunnisteen joutuneen jonkun muun haltuun, salasana on vaihdettava tai tunnisteen käyttö on estettävä välittömästi. Salasana on vaihdettava määräajoin ja sen tulee olla vaikeasti arvattava.

SAMK:in tietojärjestelmät on tarkoitettu opiskeluun, tutkimukseen, opetukseen tai hallintoon liittyvien tehtävien hoitoon Satakunnan ammattikorkeakoulussa. Muu käyttö edellyttää erillistä sopimusta. SAMK:in myöntämä käyttöoikeus on henkilökohtainen ja käyttäjä vastaa kaikesta tunnuksensa käytöstä.

The right to use SAMK-ID expires 30 days after the end of the right to study. Staff member’s access is terminated immediately after the employment end date. The user is responsible for the proper transfer or removal of important data before the accounts are removed.

Opiskelijan tunnuksen käyttöoikeus päättyy 30 päivää opiskeluoikeuden päättymisen jälkeen. Henkilökuntaan kuuluvan tunnuksen käyttöoikeus loppuu heti työsuhteen päättymispäivänä. Käyttäjän on ennen tätä itse huolehdittava käyttäjätunnuksessa omistuksessa olevien tietojen asianmukaisesta siirtämisestä tai poistamisesta.

User ID registered by the user

By creating a user account for the MOOC learning environment (https://mooc.samk.fi/), you agree to comply with the following rules:

• Your username is personal and may not be disclosed to others.
• The user is responsible for all use of their account.
• The same username and password must not be used for other Internet services or when registering for them.
• The user agrees to comply with the rules and guidelines issued by Satakunta University of Applied Sciences regarding its systems, good manners, and Finnish law.
• The user agrees to familiarize themselves with SAMK’s information security guidelines at https://www.samk.fi/en/samk/safety/information-security/
• If there is reason to suspect that your username and password have fallen into the hands of someone else, you must change your password or block the use of your username.
• Your user rights to the service are valid only for the duration of your studies, right of use, or employment contract at the higher education institution. Before this, the user must ensure that the data stored under their account is transferred or deleted appropriately.

Käyttäjän itse rekisteröimä käyttäjätunnus

Luomalla käyttäjätilin MOOC oppimisympäröstöön (https://mooc.samk.fi/) sitoudut noudattamaan alla mainittuja sääntöjä:

• käyttäjätunnus on henkilökohtainen, eikä sitä saa luovuttaa eteenpäin
• käyttäjä vastaa kaikesta tunnuksensa käytöstä
• samaa tunnusta ja salasanaa ei saa käyttää muissa Internet -palveluissa tai niihin rekisteröidyttäessä
• Käyttäjä sitoutuu noudattamaan Satakunnan ammattikorkeakoulun järjestelmistä annettuja sääntöjä ja ohjeita, hyviä tapoja ja Suomen lakia
• Käyttäjä sitoutuu tutustumaan SAMK:n tietoturvaohjeeseen osoitteessa https://www.samk.fi/tietoa-meista/turvallisuus/tietoturva/
• Jos on syytä epäillä tunnuksen ja salasanan joutuneen jonkun muun haltuun, salasana on vaihdettava tai tunnuksen käyttö estettävä
• Palvelun käyttäjäoikeutesi on voimassa vain sen ajan, kun opiskelu- tai käyttöoikeus tai työsopimus on voimassa korkeakoulussa. Käyttäjän on ennen tätä itse huolehdittava tunnuksensa omistuksessa olevien tietojen asianmukaisesta siirtämisestä tai poistosta.

In order to comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, we delete unused user accounts when more than 12 months have passed since the last login to a course in the MOOC learning environment (https://mooc.samk.fi/). This will remove the participant’s assignment and exam answers from Moodle, discussion posts, and the student’s access to the course area.

NOTE! Unused user accounts will be deleted regardless of whether they are self-registered or SAMK ID-based user accounts.

Tietosuoja-asetuksen vaatimusten täyttämiseksi hyödynnämme käyttämättömien käyttäjätilien poistoa, kun edellisestä kirjautumisesta on kulunut yli 12kk MOOC oppimisympäristössä (https://mooc.samk.fi/) olevaan kurssiin. Tällöin poistuu osallistujan tehtävä- ja tenttivastaukset Moodlesta, keskusteluviestit ja opiskelijan pääsy kurssialueelle.

HUOM! Käyttämättömat käyttäjätilit poistetaan huolimatta siitä, onko kyseessä itse rekisteröity tai SAMK-ID:hen perustuva käyttäjätili.
