In order to get a user ID, the user agrees to follow the rules and guidelines on information systems of the Satakunta University of Applied Sciences (SAMK), good manners and Finnish legislation. Infringement of these terms will be treated in accordance with the Policy of Sanctions for IT offences. It is also required that the user is familiar with SAMK\u2019s security guidelines, which can be found here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

K\u00e4ytt\u00f6oikeuden saadakseen k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4 sitoutuu noudattamaan Satakunnan ammattikorkeakoulun (SAMK) tietoj\u00e4rjestelmist\u00e4 annettuja s\u00e4\u00e4nt\u00f6j\u00e4 ja ohjeita, hyvi\u00e4 tapoja sek\u00e4 suomen lakia. N\u00e4ist\u00e4 poikkeava k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n tietotekniikkarikkomusten seuraamusk\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n mukaisesti. Lis\u00e4ksi edellytet\u00e4\u00e4n, ett\u00e4 k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4 tutustuu SAMKin tietoturvaohjeistukseen SAMKin yleisill\u00e4 WWW-sivuilla, l\u00f6ytyy t\u00e4\u00e4lt\u00e4<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The user will be granted accounts to specific information systems based on the user’s role. The user’s role can be e.g. student, teacher, or administrative person. In some special cases, access to these systems can also be granted to a person who is unaffiliated with SAMK.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

K\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4lle my\u00f6nnet\u00e4\u00e4n rooliin perustuva k\u00e4ytt\u00f6oikeus nimettyihin tietoj\u00e4rjestelmiin. K\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4n rooli voi olla esim. opiskelija, opettaja, hallintohenkil\u00f6. K\u00e4ytt\u00f6oikeus voidaan erityisest\u00e4 syyst\u00e4 my\u00f6nt\u00e4\u00e4 my\u00f6s SAMK:in ulkopuoliselle henkil\u00f6lle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The user may not share his\/her access to these systems with any third party. If there is any reason to suspect that the password or other identifier has been compromised, the password must be immediately changed or the use of the identifier must be disabled. The password must also be changed regularly and it must be difficult to guess.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

K\u00e4ytt\u00f6oikeutta ei saa luovuttaa edelleen. Jos on syyt\u00e4 ep\u00e4ill\u00e4 salasanan tai muun tunnisteen joutuneen jonkun muun haltuun, salasana on vaihdettava tai tunnisteen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6 on estett\u00e4v\u00e4 v\u00e4litt\u00f6m\u00e4sti. Salasana on vaihdettava m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ajoin ja sen tulee olla vaikeasti arvattava.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Principles of use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The information systems of the University of Applied Sciences are meant for study, research, teaching and administration related duties within SAMK. Any other use of these systems requires a separate agreement. The user IDs and access provided by SAMK are personal and the user is responsible for all use of his or her account.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

K\u00e4yt\u00f6n periaatteet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

SAMK:in tietoj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4t on tarkoitettu opiskeluun, tutkimukseen, opetukseen tai hallintoon liittyvien teht\u00e4vien hoitoon Satakunnan ammattikorkeakoulussa. Muu k\u00e4ytt\u00f6 edellytt\u00e4\u00e4 erillist\u00e4 sopimusta. SAMK:in my\u00f6nt\u00e4m\u00e4 k\u00e4ytt\u00f6oikeus on henkil\u00f6kohtainen ja k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4 vastaa kaikesta tunnuksensa k\u00e4yt\u00f6st\u00e4.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The right to use SAMK-ID expires 30 days after the end of the right to study. Staff member\u2019s access is terminated immediately after the employment end date. The user is responsible for the proper transfer or removal of important data before the accounts are removed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Opiskelijan tunnuksen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6oikeus p\u00e4\u00e4ttyy 30 p\u00e4iv\u00e4\u00e4 opiskeluoikeuden p\u00e4\u00e4ttymisen j\u00e4lkeen. Henkil\u00f6kuntaan kuuluvan tunnuksen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6oikeus loppuu heti ty\u00f6suhteen p\u00e4\u00e4ttymisp\u00e4iv\u00e4n\u00e4. K\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4n on ennen t\u00e4t\u00e4 itse huolehdittava k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4tunnuksessa omistuksessa olevien tietojen asianmukaisesta siirt\u00e4misest\u00e4 tai poistamisesta.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
